The Two Biggest Anemies: Cilmate Change and Amphibians

According to Anup Shah from globalissues.org, Amphibians have been described as a marker species or the equivalent of “canaries of the coal mines” meaning they provide an important signal to the health of biodiversity; when they are stressed and struggling, biodiversity may be under pressure. When they are doing well, biodiversity is probably healthy. Unfortunately, as has been feared for many years now, amphibian species are declining at an alarming rate.
There isn't much we can do about climate change. At least not quick enough to save the dying amphibians species. However, I think this is a red flag and we need to strive to do everything that we can to minimize the drastic decline of not only the amphibian species but every other known and unknown animal species out there. It is our wake up call
